Details
- Rates are quoted in US dollars and based on of 5 persons
- GE & TAT taxes of 14.42% apply.
- A deposit of 50% is due within two days of booking reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date and 90 days during holiday season.
- Resort fees of $20 per day plus tax are included in stays of one week or longer
- Cleaning fees of $175 plus tax are included in stays of one week or longer

Cancellation Policy:
One day cancellation fee 60 days or greater prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days of arrival. 120 Days cancellation required for bookings of one month or longer.
